  1. We provide full bespoke services in design, project management and construction service using natural stone.
  2. We work with architects drawings, planning and insurance briefs and provide our own bespoke hand drawn designs.
  3. We provide services to repairs, small and larger scale domestic, business, heritage and architectural works.
  4. The development of our projects is clear and methodical, from hand drawn design to completion.
  5. In our project management operations we manage our own reputable nominated other specialist trade subcontractors.

We are a long established, professional and highly experienced, independent small family stonework business, based within the scenic Lancashire countryside of the United Kingdom.  

 

We specialise in high quality traditional, contemporary, architectural and decorative professional bespoke stonework services, in both exterior stoneworkand interior stonework.

 

Our work ranges from stonemason stonework and stone repairsstone walls, dry stone walls and stone gardens to stone landscapes, stone wallingdry stone retaining wallsstone plaques and civil engineering stoneworks to which  We provide bespoke architecturalheritage and decorative natural stonework contractor services: lime mortar stoneworkdry stone wallingstone pillarsengravings in stone, cobble paving and flag paving.

 

We are a stone supplier of a wide range new and reclaimed Lancashire building stone and walling stone products.  Our range of stone flags, stone setts, garden cobbles and paving cobbles are available in new or reclaimed forms, either in sandstone, granite, Indian stone or yorkstone. We also stock a range of new and reclaimed stone window lintelscapping stonescopestones and cut stone to order.

 

The specialist stonework services we provide range from immediate  smaller repair works to larger bespoke contract works, spanning greater timescales. Our price range structure is competitive, but we do not compromise on quality, durability and craftspersonship.

We work to the Help Direct Safe Trader Scheme Code of Practice and the Federation of Master Builders Code of Practice.  All our contracts of work are fair and clear, being adapted from FMB Crystal marked Plain English Contracts.

At drystone Craft international™ we place great emphasis on investing in all our staff, valuing each individual, encouraging innovation, flair, new ways of thinking and personal growth. The implementation of bi-annual, specific, tailored, ongoing continuing professional development (CPD), following individual Training Needs Analysis is prominent within our working culture.  

 

We continuously support and invest in each individuals development and well being. Many of our family staff and subcontractor staff have worked for the company for many years and our in - house Young Apprentice Scheme has  enabled our talented young people, to pursue a career in stonework, stonemasonry, business management within ourcompany.

 

We collectively and firmly believe that to enable all our staff to become highly skilled individuals, regardless of their role within the company, a lengthy period of time service, varied teamwork activities, varied work locations, personal support and mentoring, along with a relevant nationally recognised qualification are essential.
